Your Rights
Depending on the privacy laws applicable to your location, you may be entitled to access personal information held about you, request corrections to inaccurate records, or ask for the deletion of your information. You may also withdraw consent when consent serves as the legal basis for processing. To submit a request or ask questions about these rights, contact the Service Provider at [email protected].
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you reside in California, you may have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). Depending on the circumstances, these rights may include requesting details about the collection and use of personal information, seeking deletion of eligible information, opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information where applicable, and receiving equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising your rights.

Information submitted by users may also be used to deliver service announcements, essential account or application communications, notices required by law, and promotional messages where permitted by applicable regulations.
In some cases, the Service Provider may request information that identifies or relates to you in order to enable specific features or improve the way the Application functions. Any information requested for these purposes will be managed in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Access
The Service Provider may share aggregated, anonymized, or otherwise de-identified information with external partners to help analyze usage patterns, maintain the Application, and improve its services. Such information is intended not to identify individual users directly.
Information may also be disclosed to third parties when the disclosure is permitted by law and consistent with the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.
International Data Transfers
Information relating to users may be processed or transferred by the Service Provider or its third-party partners in countries other than the country in which the user resides. These locations may include countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

- The user's consent, where consent is legally permitted and required for the transfer
Privacy standards and legal protections differ across jurisdictions. When personal information is transferred internationally, the Service Provider will take the measures required by applicable law to protect that information and obtain any necessary authorization.
Zenith Match Heroes may also rely on external services that maintain their own privacy practices and determine how information is handled within their services. These providers may include:
The Service Provider may disclose information supplied by users or collected automatically in the following situations:
- When disclosure is required to comply with applicable legislation, a court order, a subpoena, or another valid legal process
- When disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the Service Provider's legal rights, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud, or respond to a lawful request from a public authority
- When information must be provided to authorized contractors or service providers performing work on behalf of the Service Provider, provided they are not permitted to use that information for independent purposes and are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop the Application from collecting additional information from your device by uninstalling Zenith Match Heroes. Once the game has been removed, it will no longer collect new information from that device through the installed Application. However, data previously transmitted to the Service Provider or external providers may continue to be retained in accordance with their applicable retention policies.
For requests relating to personal information deletion, consent withdrawal, or other privacy rights, please email [email protected].
Data Retention Policy
The length of time information is retained depends on the reason for its collection, operational requirements, and applicable legal obligations. The Service Provider applies the following general retention periods:
- Information provided by users: Generally retained while the Application is in use and for up to 12 months following the end of use, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Automatically collected information: Normally retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, unless further storage is necessary for legal or compliance purposes.
- Aggregated or anonymized information: May be maintained indefinitely where it can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.
- Information required by law: Retained for the period prescribed by relevant legislation or regulatory requirements.
You may request the deletion of your personal information. Certain records may nevertheless need to be preserved to meet legal obligations or address legitimate compliance requirements. Where parental or guardian authorization is legally required, children should not use the Application without the necessary permission. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in situations prohibited by applicable law.
If the Service Provider discovers that information has been collected from a child in circumstances where such collection is not permitted, reasonable steps will be taken to remove the information from its systems as soon as reasonably practicable.
A parent or legal guardian who believes that a child has submitted personal information may contact [email protected]. The Service Provider will review the request and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable law.
Security
The Service Provider applies reasonable administrative, technical, organizational, and, where appropriate, physical safeguards to protect information handled through the Application. These measures are intended to reduce the likelihood of unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or other improper handling of information.
Although reasonable precautions are taken, no method of electronic storage or data transmission can be guaranteed to provide absolute security.
Data Breach Notification
If a security incident compromises personal information, the Service Provider will notify affected individuals or relevant authorities when notification is required by applicable law. Where appropriate and legally required, the notice may explain the general circumstances of the incident and the steps being taken to investigate it, limit its effects, and address the issue.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, relevant laws, technology, or information-handling practices.
When material revisions are made, the updated policy will be published with a revised effective date. If applicable law requires user consent before a significant change takes effect, the necessary consent will be obtained.
Previous versions of this Privacy Policy may be retained for reference. To request information about an earlier version, contact [email protected].
This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-10-09.
Your Consent
Where consent is required for processing personal information, you provide it by actively authorizing the relevant feature, granting the requested permission, or otherwise completing the applicable consent procedure.
You may withdraw your consent at any time when withdrawal is available under applicable law. Such withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out before the withdrawal took effect.
